Louisville-based local fast food chicken restaurant has been ordered to pay $340,000
for the settlement of a charge over sexual harassment from the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), to 15 female employees, some of them
being teenagers. They declared to have experienced for a long-time request for
sexual acts, verbal offensive comments and unwanted physical touching by the
manager. Besides the amount paid, the chain has to do apology letters for the
women offended, they also have to do training for the employees and managers
and implement new anti-discrimination policies and report to the EEOC.
